The first time I went with a 7-year-old child (by contacting this agency) was in August 2012. in Kirillovka, or rather on Fedotov Spit. Our trip began with the fact that we waited 1 hour for the bus, then we arrived at the base (where we were settled by the agency) at 5. 30, dropping off near the closed gate, the driver said that he was just a driver and didn’t know anything else and wouldn’t do anything, call, they say, who did you agree with in Kremenchug and let them settle you!? Naturally, no one is there at such a time waited, because the check-in is at 12. 00. Thanks to the administrator, she let me and the child into a free room, while ours was free. The way back, the time was postponed 3 times, as a result, they left 4 hours earlier than the last scheduled time, because, you see, they had to take the next group in the evening (it was the Independence Day of Ukraine), then what people have plans - do not care (((( I then decided everything with this agency - EVERYTHING, no trips! But this year he pulled me (I don’t know who))) because I suddenly got together with my daughter - there was last year’s phone number (((I turned to them again and already specifically- it was a control shot, really. To leave there, we changed the bus 2 times and the departure time 2 times, however, the bus was on time (pleased), but we rejoiced early, there were 2 stops for half an hour !!! and arrived at the place at 4. 30 (what???).We were standing at the bus station in Kirillovka, who went with the children to ask to be settled in, we got to Fedotov Spit at 5.10 (what???), we were looking for housing ourselves-a good base went to meet us settled at that time (and the fact that our house was booked in advance and people left the day before was just lucky!!!). Azano (check-out at 12. 00), a call the day before departure in the morning - departure time 18. 00, let's go extend the house (lucky again - it was booked the next day by other people, the base is completely filled, except for suites at 1000.00 UAH per day, our house is 250.00) - extended, call at 23. 10-departure at 12. 00 (what ???) is that a circus ??? Here, of course, she already said everything that I think about them and their work. Everyone on the bus was outraged to the limit, so not only that, the heat was 12.00, the air conditioner on the bus did not work, so there were still people from Komsomolsk - 3 couples and all with small children, so they were told we would bring them to Kremenchug, and then do whatever you want get there, although they were taken there from Komsomolsk and brought to Kremenchug (although also 2 hours before the departure of the bus to the sea (which one ???) and assured that they would deliver them back to Komsomolsk. WELL, what kind of work is this ??? Sharashkin's office, HORROR AND NIGHTMARE!!!
went to the flood in June 2014, waited for departure for two hours, it was scheduled for 22-00, and the arrival was promised at 6-00, but we arrived at 12-00 !!!!!! in the end it turned out that 2 rooms for 2 people were not booked (we ordered two pairs of them), they say for you the reservation is for one large room for 4, in the end it was lucky that there were 2 kopeck pieces free, settled in half with grief, the base " I liked Kalina, everything is fine, the staff and administration are excellent, the check-out was scheduled for 18-00, but in the end it was postponed to 14-00, and again the same 12 hours, it came to 1-00 at night .... the organization is zero, I will never contact and I’ll tell others about this stray company ... bypass it on the tenth side, and in general such offices need to be closed, there are a lot of angry reviews about it !!
ехали в затоку в июне 2014, ждали выезд два часа, было запланировано на 22-00, а прибытие обещали в 6-00, но мы приехали в 12-00 !!!!!! в итоге оказалось что 2 комнаты по 2 человека не в брони ( мы две пары их заказывали), мол для вас бронь стоит на одну большую комнату для 4-х, в итоге повезло что были 2 двушки свободных, заселились с горем пополам, база "калина" понравилась, все хорошо, персонал и администрация отлично, выезд был запланирован 18-00, но в итоге перенесли на 14-00, и опять теже 12 часов, приахли к 1-00 ночи .... организация ноль, никогда не обращусь и другим скажу про эту залетную фирму...десятой стороной обходите ее, и вообще такие конторы нужно закрывать, очень много гневных отзывов о ней!!

In the cabin - terribly dirty - buckets, wheels, dirty seats, windows with adhesive tape. We drove to all bus stations because of the low workload of tourists. Even the driver did not know where the bus stations were. We arrived in Sorochintsy not at 9.00 but at 12.00. The travel agency apologized for a long time . DID NOT LEARN!!! On May 12, 2018, with this company, we went to Cherkasy to a Buddhist temple (White Lotus). We sat in the tail of the minibus under the ceiling. We drove along the Kyiv highway - the road was terrible, the guide talked about nothing (I forgot the names and confused the dates) We paid for the permits in full, but the guide said to pay another 100 gr for entering the temple (adult - 50 gr. for children -40 gr) At the entrance to the temple, the guide said that I owe another 50 gr - when I asked in surprise for what again, she said - for the entrance!!!
I replied that I had already paid 100 g, after a little thought, she said that she would return 50 g to me. As a result, she didn’t return anything. We returned home through Alexandria - there is no road - one direction. to bring a guide home - under the entrance !!! Since we were sitting in the rearmost seats, we saw nothing but a meter of asphalt on the sides of the minibus. The result is a ruined weekend and money. I DO NOT ADVISE !!! COMPANY FOR SUCKERS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ANYWHERE AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING !!!
Валентина. 2 года назад в 2016 году ездили с этой фирмой на Сорочинский ярмарок . Обещали мерседес - приехала убитая Рута . В салоне - ужасно грязно- ведра, колеса ,сидения грязные, окна на скотче .Заезжали на все автовокзалы из-за малой загруженности салона туристами.Даже водитель не знал где находятся автовокзалы .В Сорочинцы приехали не в 9.00 а в 12.00 .Турагенство долго извинялось. НЕ НАУЧИЛО !!! 12 мая 2018 года с этой фирмой поехали в Черкассы в Буддийский храм ( Белый лотос ) . Сидели в хвосте маршрутки под потолком .Ехали по Киевской трассе - дорога жуть , экскурсовод говорил ни о чем (фамилии забывала и путала даты ) Путевки мы оплатили полностью ,но экскурсовод сказала оплатить еще 100 гр за вход в храм (взрослый- 50 гр .детский -40 гр ) При входе в храм экскурсовод сказала ,что я должна еще 50 гр - когда я удивленно спросила за что опять- она сказала - за вход!!! Я ответила что уже заплатила 100 гр немного подумав она сказала что вернет мне 50 гр .В итоге ничего не вернула.Домой мы возвращались через Александрию- дороги нет -одно направление .3 часа мы мучились в душной маршрутке по убитой дороге .Как потом оказалось что бы завести экскурсовода домой - под подъезд !!! Так как мы сидели на самых задних местах - то ничего кроме метра асфальта по сторонам от маршрутки мы не видели. В результате -испорченные выходные и деньги . НЕ СОВЕТУЮ !!! ФИРМА ДЛЯ ЛОХОВ КОТОРЫЕ НИГДЕ НЕ БЫЛИ И НИЧЕГО НЕ ВИДЕЛИ !!!

I can't help but write, although I went with my girlfriends to Morskoe near Sudak a long time ago, before the war, but that trip was "remembered" by the boorish attitude of the organizer Lena, her phrase "can't stand my brain" (something like that) in the bus we were redistributed upon arrival, because the bus came from Poltava with many people and our seats were occupied. I was still wondering why travel is more expensive than in other travel agencies? Although the holiday itself was great, but it was the merit of the camp. "In Sudak and again across the coast, we returned to Kremenchuk, and we were called all the way with threats that we would pay extra for such a" delivery "by" Moskvich ".
And we paid for everything at registration!

Не можу не написати,хоч їздили з подружками в Морське під Судаком вже давно,ще до війни,але та поїздка "запам"яталась" хамським ставленням організатора Лєни,її фраза "не выносите мне мозг"(щось в такому дусі),коли місця в автобусі перерозподілялись по приїзду,адже автобус прийшов з Полтави уже з багатьма людьми і наші місця виявились зайнятими. А найжахливіше,що нас не попередили , що везтимуть в Морське через все Кримське узбережжя,починаючи з Феодосії за наші ж гроші.Тому добирались ми на півдня довше. Я ще здивувалась тоді,чому проїзд дорожче,ніж в інших турфірмах? Хоча сам відпочинок був чудовий,але це була заслуга виключно турбази. А в день повернення приїхав у Морське по нас старий-престарий "Москвич" і привіз до "Ікаруса" в Судак і знову через все узбережжя ми повертались в Кременчук,при чім нам всю дорогу надзвонювали з погрозами,щоб ми ще й доплатили за таку "доставку" "Москвичем". А ми ж при оформленні за все заплатили!
Одне слово-хами і непрофесіонали!

"У Судак і знову через все побережжя ми поверталися в Кременчук, при чому нам всю дорогу наддзвонювали з загрозами, щоб ми ще й доплатили за таку "доставку" "Москвичем". А ми ж при оформленні за все заплатили!
