Elena (representative of the tour operator) urgently forced to transfer money to her card for the road, "their" people paid the driver. But that's not the point. 2 seats were ordered and paid for (we asked in front and nearby), but in the minibus we saw 1 seat in front and 1 in the back (the rest are occupied), we heard answers to the question of where to sit together: from the travel agency "this is a minibus", from the driver "by who called me PERSONALLY and asked, I took the place" WHAT IS THIS ??? then, to my indignation that they asked for a seat nearby, the driver of minibus 4555 generally answered "be glad that you are not standing . →
I think the title speaks for itself, but let's take a closer look. The first time I went with a 7-year-old child (by contacting this agency) was in August 2012. in Kirillovka, or rather on Fedotov Spit. Our trip began with the fact that we waited 1 hour for the bus, then we arrived at the base (where we were settled by the agency) at 5. 30, dropping off near the closed gate, the driver said that he was just a driver and didn’t know anything else and wouldn’t do anything, call, they say, who did you agree with in Kremenchug and let them settle you!? Naturally, no one is there at such a time waited, because the check-in is at 12. → |
