Good afternoon. I also joined this company. And I came across COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE on the part of managers. I wanted to go with them on school holidays. There is a feeling that we are not customers, but they owe us something. And when asked if I could pay by bank transfer, they said that it would be more expensive than cash. Is it worth considering? I think it's worth it.

When I asked what documents I need to provide, they just silently slipped an A4 sheet, they say, read and don’t ask unnecessary questions. And in general, you're superfluous here, targeting the student. In general, I think that this company is conceited!!!!

All clients who really wanted to visit Europe during the school holidays successfully went on the desired tour. We value every client, and even if we do not have the desired tour in some period, we will find a similar tour with partner companies.

In our company, it is not customary to silently give an A4 sheet, even if the client knows the tour program and the list of documents for opening a visa. Regarding each document, the manager contacts the client and asks if everything is clear, and according to the tour program and the list of documents, he also necessarily comments on important points.

- Date and time of your visit.
- The manager who served you.
- The tour you are interested in.

And why should I call and sort things out, I already found what I wanted, if the previous comment was left by a.m.koval, who also complains about "kicking off" customers, then it's true ... So don't be offended, pay better attention to recruitment. The client is always right.
