The guide, Taras, followed the schedule, took into account the wishes of tourists and made pleasant surprises like Saxon Switzerland, Bastai Park. →

The organization is good, the price of the tour is great, the hotels throughout the trip are impeccable, given their three stars with a full breakfast. the firm is well combined value for money. Wishes: more thematic films about the country or city, preferably a Ukrainian-language guide. →

We went on a tour "Slovakia-Czech Republic". I would like to note the incompetence of the accompanying guide Daria, in order for the company to think about the professionalism of its employees. The children were settled in a hotel at 1 am, before that they were taken on an excursion with horror stories, where some children became ill right during the excursion, the next morning they came for breakfast , and there is an empty table, the way back on the train is generally a separate song. →

We spent an interesting week with the family, we liked everything, thanks for the surprise on the way back - it was nice to drive through Budapest in the evening. After this trip without night crossings - now I doubt that it is better - to go during the day or at night. From morning to evening, I want to walk around the cities of Europe, and not sit on the bus. →

Tour operator "Sakums" is an extremely unscrupulous company. Firstly, they arbitrarily changed the tour and informed about it two days before departure, when it was already impossible to refuse the trip. Secondly, they took money for traveling in a compartment in both directions, but in fact, they flew back in a reserved seat, not only at the full cost of the ticket, but also at the price of a ticket in the compartment (no one even twitched to return the difference). →
