I bought a tour in the firm "Sakums" it was called "Olympic Riviera". The manager took care of everything quickly. I had the main point - to go by bus without any transfers directly to Greece and back. My 8 year old son was traveling with me for the first time. Three times I asked about whether we were really traveling on the same bus, the manager answered in a flowery way. On the evening of 07/07/21, the tour escort sent a photo of the bus and wrote that she would be waiting for us in Odessa. OK. In the morning we were delighted with such a comfortable bus, and then the truth is revealed: - You change to another bus to Greece in Odessa. It was very unpleasant. I am alone, I have a child, two suitcases and bags.
Moved to Odessa. The bus is several times lower in class, inferior to Neoplan.
On the way back even worse, what I feared. We returned early from Greece. We waited in Odessa for 5 hours in the heat. We received a message that the bus to Kyiv was delayed by 4 hours!! We languished tired after a daily move and waited. It's outrageous!!! Write the truth on the website of the tour operator and their partners! Stop cheating! For us, this is Mega - it is important not to jump on buses with luggage and torture children. Change, be transparent and Honest.
