The trip to Croatia turned out to be my fourth trip with Sakums. We got into the season (06.09.2014-16.09.2014), when there was no longer a huge influx of tourists (students in universities, children at school). We were lucky with the weather, but there are no words to tell about nature from the delight we saw in the process of visiting excursions and relaxing at sea. Excursions and guides in them were so interesting, informative that I wanted to listen and listen. It's obvious that they love their job. They were very afraid of sea urchins. But, fortunately, we did not meet them. A separate word about a hotel in Croatia: the view of the sea from the balcony captivated me, and in the evening the moonlit path fascinated me with its beauty and originality. Meals (breakfasts - dinners) were with a varied menu, in addition, there are many cafes on the coast. Tour organizer - Taras Kuziv always organized and explained well. I am very pleased that every year I am not only not disappointed, but more and more admire the service of rest with the company "Sakums". There was an impression about the travel agency that can be expressed by the words: "If you want to spoil someone's vacation, advise them" Rest for everything ..." I also went on this tour with my husband. The purpose of the travel agency is to lure tourists with beautiful promises, but in fact: instead of a comfortable hotel, they lived in conditions that are difficult to compare even with an economy class hotel, instead of the promised delicious dishes of the Carpathian cuisine - pasta, rice, butter, which is not smeared on bread, cheap boiled potatoes, etc. The promised excursions are also not all, because somewhere repair or something else, or we do not have time for the train, so the promised Yaremche as much as 30 minutes!Well, what to do in this town?
Yes, there you can admire one Trufanets waterfall for an hour, the market is the cheapest of all where we have been, there are so many cafes where you can try Carpathian cuisine AT DESIRE, and not voluntarily-compulsorily (We don’t stop anywhere else for a snack until Kyiv itself - literally the words of the guide ) to sit in some canteen where 100 people were locked up, losing precious 40 minutes waiting for the workers to serve all 2 groups. What about breakfast on January 1st? Yes, maybe someone needs it. But make it optional, not mandatory! With this company were in St. Petersburg. There were also nuances, but they were erased by the impressions of the beauty and power of the northern capital. And the most interesting thing is that the employees of the company "did not know", "did not choose", "did not compose", i.e. they do not bear any responsibility for anything, blaming someone else. Yes, it's hard to work with 50 tourists and please everyone. But don't treat a tourist like a bag of money!
Our tourist already has something to compare with, and, unfortunately, the advantages are not in the direction of national tourism, and your company is even very far away!

О турфирме сложилось впечатление, которое можно выразить словами: "Если хочешь кому-то испортить отдых, посоветуй им "Отдых на все..." Тоже были с мужем в этом туре. Цель турфирмы - заманить себе туристов красивыми обещаниями, а по факту: вместо комфортабельной гостиницы проживали в условиях, которые трудно соотнести даже с гостиницей эконом-класса, вместо обещанных вкусных блюд карпатской кухни - макароны, рис, масло, которое не размазывается на хлеб, дешевая варенка и прочее снадобье. Обещанные экскурсии тоже не все, потому что где-то ремонт или еще что-то, или мы не успеваем на поезд, поэтому на обещанный Яремче аж 30 мин! Ну а что делать в этом городке? Да там на один водопад Труфанец можно час любоваться, рынок самый дешевый из всех, где мы были, столько кафе, где можно ПО ЖЕЛАНИЮ попробовать карпатскую кухню, а не добровольно-принудительно (Больше нигде на перекус не останавливаемся до самого Киева - буквально слова гида) сидеть в какой-то столовой, куда заперли 100 человек, теряя драгоценные 40 мин в ожидании, пока работники обслужат все 2 группы. А завтрак 1 января? Да, возможно, кому-то и нужен. Но сделайте его факультативным, а не обязательным! С этой фирмой были в Питере. Тоже были нюансы, но они стерлись впечатлениями от красы и могущества северной столицы. А самое интересное, что сотрудники фирмы "не знали", "не выбирали", "не составляли", т.е. совершенно не несут никакой ответственности ни за что, сваливая вину на кого-то. Да, тяжело работать с 50 туристами и угодить каждому. Но не относитесь к туристу как к мешку с деньгами! Нашему туристу уже есть с чем сравнивать, и, к большому сожалению, плюсы не в сторону национального туризма, а уж вашей фирме и подавно очень далеко!
