It seems that they did not rest well, but the swindle of the Sakums travel agency disappoints. When buying train tickets (a group ticket was bought for a group), we were told that there were no children's tickets and we were sold for children (three children were traveling with us) adult tickets.
When boarding the train, the conductor slows down adult aunts with children's tickets. Then the conductor with a guide walked around the car, counted all the children (although the children bought adult tickets) and the number of children's tickets converged with the number of children. The travel agency pocketed the difference in cost between adult and children's tickets. and we aim for Europe with swindle at every turn. This is the third swindle of the tourist company. When traveling on the "Introduction to Italy" tour, tourists were offered a set lunch worth 15 euros. On the menu, the cost of this lunch was 4.50 euros. A good profit from scratch: 10.50 euros per tourist.
The company is a front for hiding taxes, the main income is obtained by swindling tourists and at the same time not paying taxes.
It's time to contact the "Consumer Protection" and conduct a tax audit.

We understand your indignation about railway tickets, but unfortunately you see an incomplete picture.
Our company sends more than one bus to Europe on peak dates, so there are not just one wagon with our tourists on the trains, but several wagons. Railway ticket offices, to simplify the procedure for issuing tickets, knock out all children's tickets in one carriage. The number of children's tickets depends on how many children under 14 were on our list 45 days before the start of the tour, all other tickets are adults. Sometimes it happens like in your case: the number of children in the carriage matches or exceeds the number of children's tickets. And if not, then the curator needs to provide information to the conductor in which other cars the children are traveling in adult seats and check this information on the radio with other conductors. In any of the tours, the tourist has a choice: buy a ticket from us or buy it yourself.
As for the set lunch: the price of 4.5 euros can only be found in Poland, and only for the second course (for example, potatoes + chop), and then you still need to look for such a place.
Regardless, we still make money. Tour operator SACUMS is not a charitable foundation, but a commercial organization. We support the composition of competent employees who need to pay salaries, train them, pay rent and utilities, advertising, pay taxes, this is in addition to direct costs for hotels, transport, guides and other things that are directly related to the tour. Every tourist wants a competent leader, a comfortable bus, good hotels, interesting guides, a well-planned tour. To organize high-quality travel, a considerable staff of competent employees is needed: tour sales managers (for each direction), booking managers (for each direction), visa managers, logisticians, group leaders, as well as other specialists. You have to pay for all this.

Спасибо за то, что уделили время и написали отзыв.
Мы понимаем ваше негодование по поводу ЖД билетов, но к сожалению вы видите неполную картину.
Наша фирма в пиковые даты отправляет не один автобус в Европу, соответственно в поездах не один вагон с нашими туристами, а несколько вагонов. ЖД кассы, для упрощения процедуры выписки билетов выбивают все детские билеты в одном вагоне. Количество детских билетов зависит от того, сколько детей до 14 лет было у нас в списке за 45 суток до начала тура, все остальные билеты - взрослые. Иногда бывает так как в вашем случае: количество детей в вагоне соответствует или превышает количество детских билетов. А если нет, то куратору нужно подавать информацию проводнику в каких еще вагонах едут дети на взрослых местах и сверять эту информацию по рации с другими проводниками. В любом из туров, турист имеет выбор: купить билет у нас или купить его самостоятельно.
Что касается комплексного обеда: цену в 4,5 евро можно найти только в Польше, и только за второе блюдо (например картошка+отбивная), и то надо еще поискать такое место.
Не смотря на это, мы все же зарабатываем деньги. Туроператор САКУМС - не благотворительный фонд, а коммерческая организация. Мы поддерживаем состав компетентных сотрудников, которым нужно платить зарплаты, обучаем их, оплачиаем аренды и коммунальные услуги, рекламу, платим налоги, это кроме прямых затрат на отели, транспорт, экскурсоводов и другое, что прямо относится к туру. Каждый турист хочет компетентного руководителя, комфортабельный автобус, хорошие отели, интересных экскурсоводов, четко спланированный тур. Для организации качетсвенных путешествий нужен немалый штат компетентных сотрудников: менеджеров по продажам туров (на каждое направление), менеджеров по бронированию (на каждое направление), визовых менеджеров, логистов, руководителей групп, а также других специалистов. За все это надо платить.

Пот поводу комплексных обедов: Меню четко совпадало с тем, что нам принесли. После возмущения туристов, нам добавили еще блинчики и вернули по 5 евро.
Зарабатывают все, но все выше перечисленые Вами расходы заложены в стоимость путевки, ни одна организация не будет работать в ущеб себе. И кроме всех расходов и прибыли, которые заложены в путеку, еще пытаетесь, что-то выжать с туриста.
