At the end of February of this year, there was an opportunity to make a short sightseeing tour to Europe. Upon request on the Internet, I identified 4 tour operators according to the criteria: country of trip, time and cost of the trip. A complicating factor was the refusal of a Schengen visa from the German consulate a year and a half ago. I immediately called Sakums, where they had the cheapest and most convenient tours to Poland for me. He explained the situation with the refusal, they immediately reassured me, promised that there would be no problems, and this did not happen. After talking on the phone, there was no longer any desire to call anywhere. On the same day I went to the office and began to arrange a 3-day trip to Krakow on the occasion of March 8 with the manager Julia McKonel. Immediately noticed the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.
After this there was an excursion to Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna and the third time, on May Day holidays, again to Krakow. Designed by managers Natalia Zayats and Tatyana Semenovich. All the employees of the company are polite, attentive, always prompt, call back in time, write a letter, help with tickets. I trusted them completely and they never let me down.
The tour leaders were thoughtful and very patient with people with a lot of experience. I would also like to mention their names here: Lilia Yavorskaya, Elena Litvinenko and Vladimir Goloverda.
I would also note the professionalism of bus drivers, since I myself have a driving experience of 25 years and can judge this. I also liked the service: three-star hotels are comfortable and in a cozy place, and breakfasts are dimensionless and delicious, especially Polish cuisine.
I have not tried trips from other companies, but I can say that I was lucky with this one. Turning to "Sakums" for the first time, I did not want to try something else, everything suited me here.
Well, what can I say here about excursions in visited cities, you yourself understand - Europe is Europe, go - you will see everything yourself and do not forget to grab a better camera. I especially remember the guide Mykola Manko in Krakow - I went on his tour twice, it was very interesting to listen to him.
Well, as a bonus, I received a Schengen multivisa for 2 years from the Polish consulate when making the 3rd trip. A trifle, but nice. Now there is complete freedom, day after day I got together and went to any state of the Schengen zone, even by bus, even by train or by air. And you don’t have to wait every time and pay 57 euros for a visa. It's good that there is a firm "Sakums", you feel confident with them.
