TUI + Europe Voyage - a mixture of arrogant maximum collection of money for the minimum services provided! In September 2017, we took a tour from TUI - classic Italy for 14 days with a seaside vacation. Host in Italy - Europe Voyage. "Rest" began immediately upon arrival at the airport - we were not met. From 12-00 to 17-30 we called all possible phones and found out what happened. →
This is not the first time we have contacted this agency. The manager Elena picked up great options for us, recommended good villas and helped with the choice. The whole tour was at a very good price. We rested in a new and excellent hotel / villa Andric Lux 2017 in Budva. They were very satisfied. →

Deception!!!!!!! We went on a roulette wheel. In the contract 4 stars. Brought to such a horror!!!!!! Hotel Ares Blu, the hotel does not pull even 3 stars. We demanded documents that confirm 4 stars, they didn’t give us anything, although they promised 7 whole days until we left. We demanded to settle us in a hotel, in accordance with the contract, in 4 stars. →
Tui is the worst tour operator, if not worse. Namely, these are common scammers. They just rip people off for money. I'll start from the beginning: Mi families decided to have a holiday this summer in Turkey. We looked at a bunch of different tours and settled on a couple of options. Arriving at the travel agency, we were convinced of the correctness of our choice. →
We started getting acquainted with this tour company from boarding the bus. The guide was not at all. Then we bought a ticket to the green canyon. Again, the guide did not tell us anything until we reached this canyon. The essence of the trip was this, we had to drive up to the pier by bus and transfer to the ship .. and then the adventures began .. →
The sign is European, but our cunning people work. Family traveled to Turkey at the end of June. They sell a tour with convenient flights, but 10 days before departure, the flights were changed, we lost half a day on the beach, we had to urgently change train tickets and book a hotel in Kyiv. TUI nods at the travel agent, we supposedly warned in advance, the travel agent is going to refuse. →
On May 5, 2017, I bought a tour to the DREAM WORL HILL hotel for a period from 07/04/17 to 07/11/17 for early booking. The tour operator TUI pocketed the money, but did not book a room. When issuing documents 3 days before departure (June 30), the TUI operator did not warn about changing the hotel, did not offer a choice of other hotels with the same or better conditions, did not give the opportunity to rebook dates (and this is the main condition in their contract). →
We were going to fly to Montenegro, but the main thing was - a good inexpensive hotel, because. We were planning on picking up a car. The girl in the TUI office took into account our wishes and offered several options. In the end, we still chose Apartments Zoja in the Budva Riviera - I was captivated by its green look, fabulousness and riot of flowers. →
Excellent travel agency. We decided to go spontaneously, it was difficult to find a suitable tour in terms of dates and finances, but the guys chose the best option for us, and they also made a discount. → |
