Once we were walking in the city and went to the TUI travel agency. I was shocked. It turns out that the manager has already picked up several worthy options. The choice was mine. The manager did not impose her opinion, but simply gave advice on all options. →
I used the services of TUI for quite a long time, earlier, in another city, I had a wonderful operator. But that was a couple of years ago. I applied here, in Kyiv, to the Goloseevsky branch of TUI (Kyiv, 96, 40th Anniversary of October Avenue) - and that's it! No service, no information, NO! Complete lunacy!!! Details: I called the TUI department, talked to a specialist (who is currently out of the country). →
I would like to share a sea of positive impressions from a recent trip! My husband and I decided to fly to Sharm el-Sheikh for his anniversary and spent 8 wonderful days there (from August 5 to 13). Thanks to the sensitive manager, the girl Anya from the TUI travel agency, we decided on the Radisson Blu Resort 5 * hotel. We turned to this travel agency thanks to the recommendation of the chief accountant of my company, she often traveled with tours from TUI Ukraine. →

Our neighbors have been going on holiday to Bulgaria for several years in a row, they always had good reviews about the resorts. This year, my husband and I decided to go there on vacation, especially since a ticket to Bulgaria is not so expensive. Appealed to this agency on the advice of all the same friends. The rest was well organized for us, we went to Golden Sands (we chose the resort ourselves), stayed at the Edelweiss hotel, it was already advised to us by the travel agency. →
Finally, this year we decided to go to the sea abroad, to Bulgaria. We started looking for a suitable place. We were looking for a flight from Kyiv, since we have two children and did not want to travel by bus. To find the perfect tour for our family, we turned to TUI Ukraine (I was advised by my brother, who used their services in May). For a long time, together with the manager, we selected a hotel on the South Coast of Bulgaria. →
We chose this travel agency on the recommendation of friends and for a good discount. The tours they offer are a complete scam. Firstly, all the excursions that they offer are at least twice as expensive as in the tour desks. When you get on a tour, there are people who bought a tour for $20, while we paid $50 through Tui. On excursions, you have to pay for everything, except for lunch, although all drinks and even water are paid. →
