We love Hurghada many times, we rested, enjoyed the sea, the sun, and a large company decided to visit the TIA hotel. And it was not a hotel, but a cave. We went for 11 days and WE DID NOT SEE our operator, who should accompany us throughout the rest of TUI. We were offered to find it ourselves - is this a joke? When did tourists look for a tour operator? No, this is not a joke - this is a disgrace ....

The hotel itself has a worthy title of five stars, but three stars for it would be super bust, I'm attaching a photo.

There were 20 of us and almost every family of 4 people, but TIA only has double rooms in the Aquapark area and the main part of the hotel. They refused to accommodate us in our Aquapark rooms and began to extort money for double rooms in the main building. We explain that there are four people in our family. The chief administrator answered us not like living in a double goodbye. But we paid for four? The admin said your problems, dialed the representative of Tui, he was frostbitten from us. Great service. We have children and we had to re-pay for our rooms, the question is have we already bought them? The admin replied that it's okay, you still need to pay extra. And we were still not given a room for four. We were given one extra bed in a two-bed room, but they didn’t give an extra set of bedding, it’s terrible! We asked at the reception, we asked for Nadezhda hospitality, but we were not given bedding. Cocktails are given by the piece, to our question we have All? Nadezhda passed her verdict, we have a five-star economy class hotel - this is something new !!! Where is this indicated, maybe this is a secret from Nadezhda? Horror!

Food is sorely lacking. Nobody needs boiled eggs that are in all hotels, here they are worth their weight in gold. People on the beach in the lobby now and then say where we arrived, no food, no bed, no water. But Nadezhda shouts to everyone that this is an economical hotel, why is this information known only to Nadezhda? The meat is all rubber - it is not possible to eat, but here Nadezhda was not at a loss and told all the vacationers to eat the chicken, it is soft, do not take other meat. Generally a great solution to the problem

Tui, TIA is a disgrace! They didn’t give people bedding, even Nadezhda was already in shock, but they didn’t give bedding, terrible horror! I ask for an explanation of where we were. After all, what kind of secrets Nadezhda keeps with the main administrator, they have meetings every day in the lobby, and let vacationers like camels sleep where they want.

When leaving the hotel, it was generally a shock, we were shone through the luggage and told the vacationers to open their suitcases, people had nothing but personal belongings. What right does the hotel have to rummage through the suitcases of vacationers? I imagine what they are doing when we were not in the room, running around in our dresses? This is not five, not five stars at all, so that Nadezhda does not wet herself with her lover admin.
