We bought a tour to Montenegro for 10 days, from September 17 to 27, everything went perfectly, special thanks to the manager Innochka, she told everything, explained and was in touch 24 hours a day, we flew for the first time, so there were a lot of questions and worries. But everything went perfectly, the plane took off on time, the transfer was organized, the holiday itself was 200% successful. →

Advertising from this company constantly came, the tours were beautifully scheduled, we decided to take a tour in advance for the holidays, 100% prepayment. The manager did not call back to confirm, I myself called every day to find out the details of the trip (meeting point in Lviv, etc.), and each time they promised to send the details by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. →

ATTENTION!!! Avoid this office! Travel agency is irresponsible to customers. We paid for the tour in 2 weeks, made (great stupidity) 100% prepayment, the condition of the trip was that the seat on the bus would not be at the very end (due to poor health, we understood that it would be very difficult to travel 12 hours in these places) - several times they called and asked what places would be, in response - you will find out your places when landing. →

I want to warn all tourists, one way or another connected with obtaining a Schengen visa through a travel agency. Firm "Your Tour" "breeds" people!!! i.e. cheating. You receive an advertising offer - for example, Opening a Schengen multivisa from 2 to 5 years! Slovakia opens visa again!.. or Ski Slovakia with multivisa! Thermal baths in the tour program!. →

After buying a New Year's tour to Kamenetz-Podolsky, they said that ten days before the departure, a letter would come with the bus number and the landing place. In addition to the fact that the letter arrived 2 days before departure, it was also with the wrong meeting place, instead of the Palace of Ukraine Zhytomyrska metro station, it is very easy to get there at 6. →

Many thanks to the travel agency "Your Tour" for providing a trip to Slovakia. Special thanks to the manager Yana, who managed to complete all the documents in a short time and contributed to obtaining a one-year multivisa. It is unfortunate that most people went on a trip only because of obtaining a multi-visa, in connection with which a group was hardly recruited to visit optional trips to Vienna and Budapest. →

We had a very good rest in the Carpathians thanks to this travel agency. The tour was in Transcarpathia, with. Glade. It was 50% off. Of course, I expected that since such a price, then the conditions would be appropriate. In fact, everything was great. The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need. Food for 5+. Huge portions, I didn't even finish my meal. →

I chose this company for the promised multivisa for 2 years, partially paid for myself and my friend, sent scanned copies of documents. Due to the events in Crimea, I had to cancel the trip scheduled for 06/14/2014. The operator was informed about this in March and offered to return the money. She promised, but did not return, then again ... and so on for several months. →
