Our work is connected from many components, the main of which is people, our colleagues who help us serve customers. Many of them are located in other cities; cooperate with us remotely. We do not always have the opportunity to control the quality of the work of our colleagues. And this is the main problem of such a remote service. Indeed, when asking a question to the meeting party, after each arrival of the client, we hear "Everything is in order, everyone was met, helped and escorted", but we do not see how it really is.
