In early May, we purchased a 12-day tour for 6 people (2 families) to Montenegro from the Turmenyu travel agency from 07/10 to 07/22/2012 using the early booking system. Received 08.07 vouchers, insurance, route sheets. On July 9, we packed our bags, and at about 10 pm our agent calls and informs us that the flight to Tivat is canceled for tomorrow! We are from Kiev, and our friends at that time were traveling to Kyiv airport by train. What to write about a nervous shock, about a disrupted vacation. None of us have the ability to shift the timing of the vacation. Probably, we need to be glad that the next day in the evening, we got back part of the money for the tours, withholding 713 hryvnia from the family, allegedly for the airport tax! Indeed, the thieves' business is to take money from people, use it for two and a half months, and also keep part of it for yourself! Probably, the leaders of the company think that our money and deception of people will do them good. They learned from the airline that flights on Tuesdays and Sundays were canceled, and tours to "Turmen" continue to be sold!!!
As far as I know, the Tuesday flight has indeed been cancelled, but the Sunday program continues. All tourists who failed to fly 10.07. alternative dates were offered with the possibility of extending the tour up to 14 days without increasing the cost. And many tourists took advantage of this opportunity. For those who refused, the money was returned in full (in your case, the agency probably decided to keep the commission).
Насколько мне известно, рейс по вторникам действительно отменен, но воскресная программа продолжается. Всем туристам, которым не удалось улететь 10.07. были предложены альтернативные даты с возможностью продления тура до 14 дней без увеличения стоимости. И многие туристы такой возможностью воспользовались. Тем, кто отказался, были возвращены деньги в полном объеме(в Вашем случае агентство, вероятно, решило себе оставить комиссию).
Another blatant lie of your travel agency. Nobody offered us anything. I personally called the office. The same lies about a full refund. Maybe you returned the money for unnecessary train travel to Kyiv to our friends? Thanks for ruining my vacation. The title of my review is TRUE.
Очередная наглая ложь вашей турфирмы. Никто ничего нам не предлагал. Я лично звонила в офис. Такая же ложь и насчет полного возврата денег. Может, вы и деньги за ненужный проезд на поезде в Киев нашим друзьям вернули? Спасибо за испорченный отпуск. Заголовок моего отзыва ВЕРНЫЙ.
