On December 7, 2016, a tour for two to Egypt was paid for, which at that time was about $ 1000, we were sent a confirmation from the tour operator (which turned out to be fake). After 4 months, the money has not been returned, despite all the provision of a complete package of documents to all state institutions and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine (including the court), which, in theory, were supposed to protect the rights of their citizens from such scammers however, this did not actually happen. →
Tour Suite, which sold package tours to the scam TourMenu, after its tourists were abandoned at an airport in a foreign country, did not even try to warn them about flight cancellations, offer assistance, consulting support or compensation.
