On August 1, 2011, we signed contracts with "To Be Travel" LLC for a trip in Turkey for four people to the hotel TURAN PRINCE RESIDENCE 5 *, Standard Room DBL. Documents (vouchers) were issued to us for TURAN PRINCE RESIDENCE 4*, Park Room. In order to settle in the rooms that we paid for, we had to make an additional payment on the spot at the hotel. LLC "To Be Travel" refused to compensate our losses, after which we went to court. The court decision in our favor came into force on March 29, 2012, but the travel agency has not yet fulfilled it. We will still exact money from them, but we do not recommend anyone to deal with Two Bee Travel LLC.
Indeed, tourists booked with the manager of our company, who made a gross mistake in the contract (did not change the data of the previous contract and left the "standard" instead of the "park room" you booked). This is the only thing we did wrong. "Park room" was the cheapest in the selection, as you personally asked, we made you a huge discount and earned 500 UAH on 4 tourists !!!! And then we had to pay 1800 UAH for a court decision, because you got it into your head that we deceived you!
For 3 years of our existence, all tourists are satisfied and grateful, we have not deceived anyone and we always defend the interests of our tourists. At that time, I spent a lot of money on telephone conversations and calls to you there in Turkey in order to find out and reassure you. You actually extorted $500 from me upon arrival! Why don't you post it here?
Everyone judges for himself, and if you are negatively inclined and people of a conflicting nature, then let our honestly earned money, which we had to give in order to get rid of your unfounded claims, only benefit you.
Действительно, туристы бронировались у менеджера нашей компании, которая в договоре сделала грубую ошибку(не поменяла данные предыдущего договора и оставила "стандарт" вместо бронированного вами "парк рум"). Это единственное, что мы сделали плохо. "Парк рум" был самый дешевый в подборе, как вы и просили лично, мы сделали Вам колоссальную скидку и заработали на 4х туристах 500грн!!!! А потом нам пришлось выплатить 1800грн за судебное решение, потому что вы вбили себе в голову, что мы вас обманули!
У нас за 3года существования все туристы довольные и благодарные, никого мы не обманывали и всегда отстаиваем интересы наших туристов. Я в тот период потратила не маленькие деньги на телефонные переговоры и звонки вам туда в Турцию, чтобы выяснить и успокоить вас. Вы вообще вымогали с меня 500долл по приезду! Почему этого не пишете здесь?
Каждый судит сам по себе и если вы негативно настроены и конфликтной натуры люди, то пусть вам только на благо пойдут наши честно заработанные деньги, которые пришлось отдать, чтобы избавиться от ваших необоснованных претензий
