In this regard, the bus was an atmosphere of discontent, it was unpleasant the fact that she took all her family and friends and created the best conditions for them, tourists were served on a residual basis as in the bus, where all "their" slept in spacious 2-4 local places, first the bus, and when placed in campsites, check-in, which had to wait for 2-4 hours. did not comfort and morning parking at gas stations for 2 hours (!). Drivers constantly wandered, violated the rules of the road for which we were repeatedly detained by the police for a long time! In Venice, the guide's son Natalia and her friend were 2.5 hours late for the bus - everyone else was there waiting. . Extreme personal disorganization of Natalia's guide led to the fact that in Naples we parked near the dump with bums (!), The whole group walked for a long time through the city to the station, in the heat, ran to Naples train station, trying to find where to buy tickets to Sor.
, Pompeii and Vesuvius, and it ended in nothing, and no one went anywhere. then for a long time looking for an entrance to the subway and where to buy tickets to the subway, passed the stop, it turned out - a strike of subway workers and need to get out. Then the tour is no more than an hour - and walk where you want. 4 Turmst-Pofigists still took a ticket from the port to Fr. Capri, taking a guide with him, returned to the bus 2 hours later. . . Everyone had to wait for them and had to settle in the next camp at the first hour of the night. We arrived in Rome in the evening because of the senseless organization!
Yesterday, that is, on September 27, 2015, I arrived from Vinnytsia and Uman on a two-day trip.
There is an impression that the trip is managed by the driver (Yuri) and he decides where and when to go and how long to be in a particular place. The driver of the "shit" is rare and was sent by one of the dissatisfied passengers.
After the trip, at night, almost all landed in the east and said he could not pick up 10 people from the east on the street.
I do not recommend "Fairy Tale of Travel" for travel, professionalism has fallen sharply in the last hour and it is not surprising that they are finding it harder and harder to find travelers.
Вчора тобто 27.09.15р.приїхи з дводенної подорожі до Вінниці та Уманя.Подорож не відповідає опису на сайті "Сказки мандрів" а вартість поїздки нагадаю 690 грн.з чоловіка.Екскурсовод(Віталік).
Склалося таке враження що поїздкою керує водій (юрій) і сам вирішує куди і коли нам їхати і скільки перебувати в тому чи іншому місці. Водій "чмо" рідкісний і був посланим одним із незадоволених пасажирів.
Після поїздки, вночі, практично всіх висадивши на східному і сказавши, що не може підвезти 10 чоловік із східного на вул.
Не рекомендую "Сказку мандрів" для подорожей,професіоналізм дуже впав за останню годину і не дивно, що їм стає все важче і важче знаходити мандрівників.

Василю, щиро дякуємо за Ваш коментар! Ваші зауваження будь взяті до уваги. Якщо туристи скаржаться на роботу водіїв або екскурсоводів, дані зауваження є адекватними та підтвердженими, ми в майбутньому намагаємось з цими особами не працювати.
Щодо того, що туристів не підвезли до вулиці "15 квітня", всіх туристів попереджають, що місця початку та завершення поїздки є колишній майдан "Мистецтв" (тепер - площа "Героїв Євро Майдану"), тому по місту туристів не розвозимо.
