Dear sane people, when choosing a tour for yourself, please take into account that Yudina, the manager in this direction, is not attentive to the verbal wishes of tourists (she settled a girl (wife's sister) with a young married couple), the guide (Bogdan Artemenko) and cannot organize herself without speaking perishing group in 56 people. If you nevertheless opted for this office, keep in mind that no one is going to take into account your oral wishes and requests, so send all wishes in writing and require confirmation from Yudina.
We went on tour from 27.04.13 to 5.05.13. Moving is hard. The guide tried to tell something about Poland on the way, but every word was given to him with attempts - the piece of paper was shaking.
After the obligatory program around the city, our guide uttered the phrase - here you can have lunch and go to the toilet, you have 45 minutes to do this - and making a wide circular gesture with his hand, he left with his Princess, leaving pensioners who do not speak English to their fate. And returned from 15 min. late. The bus was always served 15 minutes late. In the event of unpleasant incidents, the guide froze, leaving the tourists alone with their problems and showdowns - so he was in a hurry to retire with the Princess.
In those rare cases when a guide was taken - he was the only one for all 56 people who pushed the companions aside - he heard something. When we were driving from Lviv to Kyiv, our guide handed over a group ticket to one of the group of Kievans, who did not stop at the train, but at the departure itself - you can imagine what we had to hear from the conductor when trying to get into the car.
The tour is rich, interesting, BUT NO ORGANIZATION!!!! So our tour ended in a spoiled mood.
We sent an official claim, to which we received a formal reply from Yudina with a package of waste paper (copy of correspondence), where, of course, there were no wishes from us to live together. We plan to continue the dialogue in court.
He also went to Amsterdam with Bogdan Artemenko - a 100% illiterate and irresponsible slob!

Поддреживаю, ездили в апреле с ним. Гид - фуфел. Прикольно в нашем туре у него тоже была Принцеса. Хороше устроился. И от жены отдохнуть и денег заработать.
