Like many current clients, I bought into the past reputation of the company. It's good that I took a weekend tour to Poland, and not a big and long tour.

Pros first. The agency on Artem has very pleasant and professional managers. The package of documents was prepared in such a way that it was even praised at the Visa Application Center.

Another plus is nice cosmetic bags for documents. A good bus (however, at the end the ventilation began to howl). Great selection of movies on the go.

Lublin in the bonus is also a pleasant surprise.

A good hotel in Warsaw - far from the center (half an hour by bus), but spacious rooms, even with a kitchen, a rich breakfast, beds "not killed", a refrigerator, a hairdryer and other tourist pleasures, shops nearby ...

Now for the cons. The main disadvantage is the organization of the tour. It is clear that everyone had to be collected, a technical stop before the cordon, and no one is to blame that we are the fifth bus in line for the cordon ... but 4 hours at the border is tiring, despite a couple of good films.

According to Zamość - the tour did not leave an impression, our guide (he is also an escort - was late). Promised to tell about the ghost - forgot. In general, he has a lot of delays and unfulfilled promises on the tour - this is a "must-have".

A day in Warsaw - solid "fun" - a guide of retirement age, absolutely not feeling groups - on a cold, chilly morning we stomped around the monument for half an hour, instead of going around Lazienki and at least a little look at the park and other attractions. When he explained how to get from the center to the hotel, he confused half the group. And around the city - either at a trot, or on foot. He told "classically, monotonously" ... such.

The biggest disappointment is the excursion to Wilanow. As it turned out, it cost 20 euros to move from one district of Warsaw to another and buy tickets to the palace and the park. And, since we arrived late, we didn’t get audio guides, and we wandered around the palace like blind people - we read something in one hall - and ran to the next, because the servants closed the doors behind us in the literal sense of the word - we were the last visitors . The guide, as usual, promised both audio guides and a tour, and, as usual, did nothing. Well, at least there was no visiting limit in the park. on the other hand, we misunderstood where we were meeting after the tour, and waited half an hour in the wrong place. As a result, we were late - and no one was looking for us. so that you understand.

We drove back through Lublin. We looked at the city while everyone was in churches - the Poles had a big holiday. The town is small and pleasant. We did not buy an excursion for extra money - we managed to hear enough of the guide. By the way, while he was telling us about Poland on the bus, I could not get rid of the feeling that he was reading from a piece of paper.

Everything that happened in Poland was a bit like consummation - you can get to the city, but for so many zlotys. You can take a tour of Lublin, another "three kopecks". After Wilanow at exorbitant prices, I didn’t want anything.

What can I say - the tour left a feeling of disappointment. We learned about Poland and its three beautiful cities, like Moishe about Mozart through Rabinovich, who sang something to him ... No romantic stories, no funny historical anecdotes - nothing. It's a shame that such a solid and positioning itself as a representative of quality tourism company turned the tour into a routine squalor.
