Having paid for the tour in advance (choosing this one from the many offers, guided by the status of the company and the novelty of the tour), we received documents confirming the transfer, hotel reservation, tour program, and contacts with local representatives of the company. Upon arrival at Tivat airport, problems began, no one met us, we were not on the lists of any meeting guide, and no one offered help. We were 6 people, two children, spent three hours in the airport courtyard trying to contact Fairy, the agency who sold us the ticket, local representatives of the company, etc. They kicked us like a soccer ball, referring to each other (the locals said that no requests were received from Kyiv for us, there was no transfer for us). Considering roaming, only we called, they did not call us back. In the end, only the driver, seeing the children, began to help us. Now we are in another hotel, representatives of the Fairy Mandriv have not contacted us, and we don’t know what will happen next.
