I wanted to buy a tour to Belgium. Their employee Katerina guaranteed 100% obtaining a visa for him. More than a complete package of documents was provided. Not only did this employee submit the documents later than necessary (although she said that the documents were already in progress), she so confused with them that they were kept at the embassy for 2 months and refused, saying that such confusion during registration should not even be dreamed of. →
