We did not like the fact that for some aspects of the trip we overpaid several times more than it was worth. But the quality of service was quite normal. Organizational and informational aspects were normally carried out. There were simply moments for which we paid in advance, but they were not organized, because of this there were disruptions in the schedule and we had to deal with the organization of these issues ourselves, which was supposed to be organized by the travel agency. → |
