I have no claims to the agency in which I arranged the tour. They gave us all the information about the tour, they arranged everything quickly, everything was wonderful. In terms of organization and execution of documents, everything worked out for me. We had a 3-year flight delay on a return trip, and we flew there in an hour. In me, there is a great name for a hotel guide, that hotel itself. →

As for the service, it seems like everything is fine, but from the side of the guide from the Anex tour - I would generally rate it at 1 point. They should offer free sightseeing tours, but there were no such tours, they only tried to sell expensive tours, which are many times more expensive than in normal agencies. The only problem was with the guide. →

I chose the lucky ticket according to the high rating on TurPravda. I realized that I don’t want to stay in Ukraine for my birthday and I want to leave as soon as possible. Yes, and I was pretty tired. I took off the ratings for not understanding what I want and they didn’t explain to me what to do if I didn’t like the hotel. I warned that I was usually very demanding on accommodation and most often my vacation began with the fact that I was looking for another hotel (if I was not the one who made the initial choice). →

Excellent agency: for several days they carefully selected hotels according to my requests and the set budget. Everything went smoothly, I was satisfied with the price and quality of the hotel! →
