Went on my own for the first time. I was very worried. The travel agency explained everything, gave a package of documents in which all the important phones were highlighted. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel and the agent did not leave until I was settled. I felt like I was being taken care of. Picked up from hotel to airport on time. All perfectly!!!!. →
We bought a tour package from the Express Tour company in Dnepropetrovsk, Artema St. 2, the first thing that we didn’t like very much was that they imposed a hotel in which it was supposedly very comfortable, they didn’t want to listen to us at all what we want to get from the rest. A woman was serving the manager for about 45 years, I didn’t like her at all, I sat with my wife and didn’t understand why she was giving us all the nastiness, secondly, this is the price of the tour, at first they agreed on one price, everything seemed to suit us, we ourselves said which hotel we want, so our tastes are still criticized. → |
