Хочу найти "счастливчиков", кто ездил с фирмой "Танго тревел" (Львов).Сама не ездила, но уровень "сервиса" при общении с ними буквально "заворожил".Вроде и туры недорогие и акции постоянно, но впечатляет медвежья неповоротливость к привлечению потенциальных покупателей.Я присмотрела неплохой тур на праздники,спросила, можно ли забронировать место в автобусе в предпоследнем ряду?Оказалось, что это - НЕВОЗМОЖНО!!!. Ребята, вы такое видели?все стараются сесть впереди, доплачивают, выкручиваю руки турфирмам всеми правдами и неправдами от "бо тошнит" до "не добегу до туалета". А тут - низзя, потому что еще не знают какой будет автобус и места могут поменяться. А что, если автобус поменялся за ночь перед туром, то у него автоматически отваливается предпоследний ряд или этот же ряд меняется с первым? Бред какой-то.Но и на этом "успешное продвижение турпродукта" не заканчивается.В стоимости тура прописано, что одноместное поселение - за дополнит. плату. НО МЫ НЕ МОЖЕМ ВАМ СДЕЛАТЬ одноместное поселение, отвечают сотрудники. Почему? загадка.
Так и хочется спросить менеджеров "Танго тревел": ребята, а не пора ли менять род деятельности? так не долго и в трубу вылететь.Хотя, о чем это я? менеджеры таких сообщений не читают.
