We bought a tour package from the Express Tour company in Dnepropetrovsk, Artema St. 2, the first thing that we didn’t like very much was that they imposed a hotel in which it was supposedly very comfortable, they didn’t want to listen to us at all what we want to get from the rest. A woman was serving the manager for about 45 years, I didn’t like her at all, I sat with my wife and didn’t understand why she was giving us all the nastiness, secondly, this is the price of the tour, at first they agreed on one price, everything seemed to suit us, we ourselves said which hotel we want, so our tastes are still criticized. Yes, I don’t care, I choose the hotel itself, and the opinion of the manager doesn’t matter to me. A couple of days later I called and said that the price was already different, almost one and a half times higher, imagine what a swindle we came back to the office the next day with my wife, and it seems we had already chosen another hotel, agreed to book, and she says we need to pay 100% right away, otherwise we won’t book.

In general, she fooled our heads, we lost how much time to go to this terrible company, they wanted to promote us in full for money, and the staff there is terrible, no one said hello, they whispered one thing, they even offered us to leave the office.

In every business there are unscrupulous employees, and to say that a business is crap and you can only burn out on it is just blah blah of irresponsible people who do not want to understand and take responsibility. And why then the network business should be called a pyramid with a negative value just because there are unscrupulous partners there? In the store, they can also sell you a low-quality product - and are you running to shout that Furshet sells only bad and low-quality products? Wake up and wake up, don't think in patterns!!!

And there is no way to call, because the help desk solves the problems of registered customers (there is both paid and free registration), this is not an ordinary store. Perhaps in the future this option will be available, but not yet.

Advant Travel has a maintenance license and you can check it out. You can check it out here https://advanttravels.com/advant-trevel-razvod-i-lohotron-globalnoe-rassledovanie/. But this is a license for the future. They don't have tours yet. They still function as a travel agency.
