Excellent travel agency, responsive staff, work with trusted tour operators

I have long planned to write a review about my New Year's tour, which I did, but I decided to write here only now, maybe this review will help someone. Because I know before I go to an agency, I read the reviews myself. In 2013, I bought a tour to "Yasna Tour" and went on a New Year's trip to the "Romance of Ancient Lviv" tour from 29.12.13. My mood was not celebratory because of the events in Western Ukraine, but the agency managers convinced me that everything would be fine, that the Accord tour never let me down and I took a chance. . . . and my New Year's holiday was a success. I wrote a review about the trip on the Accord Tour website, but I would like to say thanks to the staff of the Yasna travel agency, who nevertheless insisted on my trip and convinced me not to refuse the tour in December and not be afraid. I really enjoyed the trip and I could not imagine that there are so many wonderful places in Ukraine. Now I climbed here again and still decided to leave a review, because I want to go to Jasna tour again". Agency employees never forget about me, they constantly inform me about "burning offers", which is very pleasant for me. Thanks!
