First time using this agency and very sorry. Our honeymoon was hopelessly ruined by the "manager" Dinara. Together with her, we chose the Aura Resort 4 * hotel (Turkey, Kemer). According to her, this is a "solid four". In fact, upon arrival at this establishment, which can hardly be called a hotel, and even more so 4 *, it turned out that this is not a four, this hotel does not nominally have stars at all, it does not appear on Google maps, and even residents of Kemer are wondering "What is this ?quot;. There is nothing to eat there, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, cold pasta, which is cooked in the morning, is served all day, sometimes seasoned with ketchup (apparently, so as not to stink). We asked the manager for a clean hotel, no frills, but not just pasta for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bride voiced a request that there be meat in the hotel, in fact, during the week of rest there was only chicken from meat (which I can cook tastier at home) and then not every day, but only on Tuesday and Friday.
The condition of the room can be estimated from the photos attached to the review! We once moved to another room, as our hot water was very bad. The manager Dinara was sent a photo of a cracked shell in the mold, to which, instead of an apology, she said that for such money nothing could be better expected. I know that it was possible to choose a better tour, and I could search for tours on the TezTour website myself. And in conclusion, I want to note that several times I asked if we should definitely go to this hotel, if there was a normal meal, each time Dinara answered that everything would be in order, although I offered to change the hotel before departure. On the day of departure to the Sputnik company, my aunt called the manager Dinara and asked to change the hotel for any additional payment, to which Dinara refused, you see, she was too lazy to contact the hotels. Literally "They themselves chose this hotel, I will not do anything."
As expected, on the day of arrival, we personally called Sputnik and asked to change the hotel for us, to which we were told "Deal with the hotel guide yourself." In general, if you want to be lied to in the eyes with a smile on your face, and then blame everything on you, welcome to Sputnik to the "manager" Dinara!
