First time using this agency and very sorry. Our honeymoon was hopelessly ruined by the "manager" Dinara. Together with her, we chose the Aura Resort 4 * hotel (Turkey, Kemer). According to her, this is a "solid four". In fact, upon arrival at this establishment, which can hardly be called a hotel, and even more so 4 *, it turned out that this is not a four, this hotel does not nominally have stars at all, it does not appear on Google maps, and even residents of Kemer are wondering "What is this ?".

Ugliness!
DON'T THINK TO GO HERE Rested with my husband in this "hotel" in July, it was our honeymoon. The tour operator assured us that it was a solid four, with good food. Upon arrival in Aura, we realized that this is not a four, this hotel cannot even be given 2 stars.
