Bought a ticket for the May holidays 2015 in the Crimea. At the office, we were told that the director of this agency, Lyudmila, was also going on tour, which meant no problems. In fact, the organization was disgusting - we were not told the time of collection for the excursion, on the very first day, after visiting the first attraction, the director (a young lady who does not understand at all what tourism and tour organization is) and her gang threw everyone and left by taxi. ..To the remarks of the tourists, Lyudmila and her other companions answered in a boorish way, in an absolutely unacceptable tone! This whole gang was disrespectful to the guide on the bus! Not only did they prevent other tourists from listening to it with their horse laughter, they also brazenly turned on the music to interrupt the voice of the guide !! It's not cultural, at least! A fight almost broke out on the bus because of the remarks of the "respected" Lyudmila to the tourists! That's horrible! More in this agency no foot!
And I don't recommend it to anyone...
