The travel agency works with the worst operator in Italy - Gartour. Sightseeing buses are old, the drivers all the way crackle on the phone, interrupting the guide and often letting go of the steering wheel! Bus drivers being late for a tour is a common occurrence! Guides during the entire transfer either talk on the phone or sleep! Literally a couple of phrases for a 4-hour journey! Accommodation hotels - rooming houses for the homeless. Plumbing is falling apart before our eyes, the bed is washed, gray. Towels are like sandpaper! Dirt, stink, sleepy receptionists! Breakfast - half a bun, like a stone, a piece of salted ham, a pack of butter, coffee diluted with water. Departure from St. Petersburg was postponed for almost 12 hours, while people found out about it only at the airport! Hence - a sleepless night, meals at your own expense in a cafe at "airport" prices and minus a day of paid rest! No one is responsible for anything, a mess, deceit and rudeness!
