After full payment 42 days before the tour. For 7 days (4 working days) the manager called and said that they had forgotten to book plane tickets and there were no more seats. There are options for shifting the trip and departure from another city, but from our city there is a shift per week and it is expensive to compensate them. 4 adults have been guessing their plans and work for more than a month, buying all sorts of travel accessories and the result is the cancellation of the tour due to the fault of the representative of the tour operator!
