Traveled from 22 to 28 June 2013 on the tour "Visit to Paris", purchased in UKRAINIAN TOUR. Many thanks to the tourism manager - Anechka. She is not only a professional but also a wonderful person. Good impression about the company. I wanted to visit Paris. But I also looked at Dresden and Nuremberg. But contrary to expectations, Brussels "hooked" the most. →

We traveled from Tatura from May 25, 2013. to the bus tour "Tales of Western Europe" - Prague, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna. The tour really turned out to be a fairy tale. Liked everything!!! And a bus with drivers, and our accompanying Lenochka (special thanks), and hotels and guides. In general, everything was excellent. Although I read the negative reviews and was very worried. →

Just returned from the "Italian Nation" tour with Algol 21.06 - 30.06.2013. I liked everything very much, the organization, the guide Yulia Kradko. The tour chose the main city, in this case Florence. We spent three nights in Montecatini Terme, 40 km from Florence, for the first time I used electric trains on my own, it turned out that it was not so difficult. →

We went on tour to St. Petersburg, 2 times - in August 2011 and 06/23/13. Heaven and earth, of course. How much we liked in 2011, how much we are disappointed in this one! All these hotels, buses and even poor food, which has worsened many times, these are all trifles, but here is the organization ...!!! The leader of the group, Tatiana, is certainly a very nice, polite girl, but as everyone knows, "a good person is not a profession" was simply terrible in her disorganization, inability to plan, and in general she was simply "afraid" of people! Instead of organizing a group, she simply sat on the bus and waited for the group to return, which led to sanitary stops not in 20 minutes, but in as many as 40, or even hour-long halts! I have never seen such a group laying carpets and having picnics, there was no question of any observance of the schedule, and in response to claims there was one answer - well, I will drag them by force. →

In general, not bad, I liked everything, But! ... The way back is something! Departure was delayed for an hour, then for an hour and a half the whole bus was waiting for two (!) Late tourists. According to them, they were not picked up from the hotel. Due to constant delays on the way, our entire group of 26 people missed the train. But the most nightmarish horror is our accompanying Roman Goncharov. →

I liked the trip very much! Well chosen cities. We have been to Budapest, Eger, Ljubljana, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Rome and Havis. Very intense, interesting. Not much free time, but I was ready for this. I really liked the accompanying tour Bogdan Manyk. Many people told me that a lot depends on accompaniment, and we are very lucky in this. We had time everywhere and received timely assistance, answers to all questions. →

We bought a burning Dominican Republic from them, saw an offer about a burning tour in the VKontakte news feed, called Anya, and said yes, there really is such a tour. But there were few places, and the time was already 9 pm. We agreed without hesitation, only she refused to book without prepayment. I had to go to her place to book. At first, I somehow did not believe in such an offer, they thought it was a hoax, but they took a chance. →

SUMMER in GREECE: sea, gods and salad! - That's the name of the most excellent tour from "Selena Tour", and these guys love Greece for real. For 13 busy days, we not only fully rested for a week on the cleanest sea, we were in Sofia and got unexpectedly pleasant impressions from Romania, we were also in Dracula's castle, in the Peles Royal Palace and in the lovely town of Brasov))) Regarding Greece, this is really It's great that there is an opportunity for a minimum of money to fully relax on the sea. →

Since it cannot be corrected, I will simply write a continuation of the story. Thanks for the prompt response, the guide apologized and the incident was settled, as it turned out, this guide was provided by the host, and not LEAD Tourgroup, so we will attribute it to the human factor. →
