September 5, 2012 was returning from Bulgaria (Sozopol-Kyiv). The boors spoiled the mood - the drivers. The drivers were 6 hours late. Then for a special thank you .... they transported everyone to their apartments in the cities. They were supposed to arrive at 19, but they arrived at 23-40 in Kyiv. Barely had time in the subway to get to the train station. →

We went with the firm "Ornament Ukraine" to Vinnitsa fantasies. Conclusion if you want to spoil your vacation, go with this company. A UNONG bus was served. Dirty, there was not enough legroom for my 12 year old son, not to mention the men!!! BUT!!!! The most original bus was not equipped with a loudspeaker for the tour guide. She stood in the middle of the snarling bus and tried to say something until she became hoarse. →

I flew with friends to Crete, pos. Bali hotel Dfli Mare 4 * - sent, met, placed - everything is fine, and then the circus! Hotel guide - Natalia Valitova, "kindness" itself! At first, she refused to hold a meeting on the day of arrival (we were still waiting for an hour to check in) - she gathered a group of those who arrived yesterday and barked that we would come tomorrow with our group! She was prevented by 4 people (took away 5)?! And what is a group anyway? Okay! They came tomorrow - the lady was well late - and we saw our "group" - a funny bunch - we are from Kyiv, 2 from Vologda and 3 from N. →

from 06/17/2013 to 06/24/2013 my husband and I visited Bulgaria, Sunny Beach, not without the help of a company whose bus transportation services you NEVER recommend to ANYONE -Il Tour. The vacation was planned back in early March, so we contacted a local tour agent in selecting a hotel, country and resort. I convinced my husband that the bus is not the worst, albeit cheaper, option for a trip, as I had previously traveled abroad by bus and there was not even a doubt about the comfort of the trip!
