Good afternoon! I returned a few days ago from Tunisia at the Caribbean World 4 * hotel. The rest was excellent, the hotel's wonderful staff (they settled into the room in just 5 minutes, if there are any wishes or questions, there will immediately be a person from the administration who will help you solve them), the animation team, recreation conditions and every day something new from entertainment programs (starting from dancing by the pool at lunch and various entertainments on the sea beach - ending with interesting shows for children and a disco with Latin dances at midnight :). →

From 7.06. on 06/17/2013, my husband and I were vacationing in Turkey at the Asdem Beach Labada hotel. Vouchers were purchased in advance, on February 21, 2013 through the tour operator Anex-Tour. The holiday was completely ruined. 2 days before departure, we were notified that the departure of the aircraft was changing from Lviv to Kyiv, without any explanation. →

I want to thank the travel company "Guide" for the excellent organization of my trips to Dubai. We go to the UAE several times a year, on vacation with the whole family and on business matters, despite the fact that I consider myself a fairly demanding traveler, both service and hotel accommodation are always at the highest level (although we always choose different ones). →

Hello, I want to thank the Siesta travel agency, the leader of our group Igor and the tour guide from Peter Tatevik for a wonderful time in St. Petersburg from 19.06. to 06/23/13 To begin with, my family had a trip over such long distances for the first time, and after listening to the reviews of "experienced" tourists, we expected the worst. BUT, the impressions and memories remained the most pleasant. →

We went on this tour from May 21 to May 31, there are practically no comments on the organization of the tour. We went with Algol for the first time, the tour operator turned out to be on top, the senior group Oksana Fedyukova is almost perfect - both as an organizer, and as a guide, and as a person. Drivers Yaroslav and Viktor are professionals, well done. →

If you want to have a good rest, in no case do not travel with Tango Travel. Now that the emotions have subsided after the tour, we can already state the facts. So: bus tour "Starry sky of Montenegro". Departure 20.06.13. from Lviv. When the company's managers calculated this tour, they obviously had problems with arithmetic, because the bus (we had it was clean, but old) cannot go more than 90-95 km along the autobahn, so we got to Montenegro for two days. →

Very bad tour company I got into an accident on 05/27/2013 and for health reasons (bruises, broken arm, etc.) I could not fly to Cuba on a fully paid tour ticket. Despite the fact that the tour began on 05/31/2013 and I reported the incident on 05/28/2013. The tour company did not compensate me a penny. Thus, I lost about 12000 UAH, not to mention the moral loss. →

God knows, I have always advertised Accord among my friends and acquaintances as the best travel agency. And my review for 2010 on the Accord website was full of indignation at the nit-picking of the Crimean tourist. But after the tour of the Cote d'Azur, I want to say goodbye to Accord. The tour "Azure affair", which began on June 22, 2013 with the "schemer" Liza Tkachuk and the drivers, stupid or narrow-minded (to put it mildly) Pavlik and Garik (no complaints about him, the driver should be like that, calm and laconic). →

3 years have passed since my wife and I traveled with a chord to Hungary and Austria and were very satisfied. And now we are going to Bulgaria and have already received so much negativity from reviews about stupid guides, rude drivers, non-working conders on the bus, about the hotel we chose the air conditioner will turn on for us for a top fee, I don’t know how it will be with the toilet, we don’t have everything inclusive. →

I chose this tour from many others according to the criteria: Paris, price, duration in Paris, convenience of departure and return to Ukraine. Before that, I did not go on such a tour, so the tour operators were unfamiliar. The tour I liked fell on Algol. I can say that Algol met my expectations and held the tour at a fairly good level. The only serious complaint is about the hotel in Paris, where there was no water on the last day of the stay. →
