Bought tickets to Bulgaria from Kyiv. Departure there was at 8.00. This is how we left, but as it turned out, we go first to Khmelnitsky, and then in Ternopil we change to another bus. We, four adults, flew from Kyiv to Mallorca on June 20th. We were warmly welcomed at the airport, plus it turned out that we had an individual transfer to a hotel in Playa de Muro, and not a bus with 52 seats, as we were promised in Kyiv, but without a guide (promised by a travel agency. Minus - the driver speaks Spanish , there is no one to tell at least briefly about Mallorca and the places we pass. →

It's done - we went on a tour "Many-faced city of Petra-White Nights" from 23 to 28 June 2013. The mood was great. Immediately darkened after the distribution of the accompanying - Lyudmila tour program - completely different from the one that was negotiated with the tour operators. To the questions of tourists why this is so, Lyudmila could not intelligibly answer anything, motivating that they said they gave me these programs. →

I want to say thank you to Accord that it allows us to make our dreams come true! Our tour "Azure Intrigue" (flight 631) was very exciting and exciting! And also very well organized, thanks to our excellent leader Elizaveta Tkachuk! It's very sad to read negative reviews from those irresponsible and not punctual people who were late and who let the ENTIRE GROUP down! It was said at the beginning of the tour!!! - the bus tour can't wait for anyone! And some people didn’t get it, for some reason they decided that the group would wait for them - the kings anyway . →

After reading the reviews of tourists igigitnova "Terrible trip to St. Petersburg" and ya_turistka "Spoiled vacation", I can not help but share my opinion. I got the impression that these tourists were only in a dirty bus all 24 hours a day, arguing with the drivers and the accompanying person (otherwise, how did they determine that the drivers were boors) and wanted to watch 101 programs on TV. →
