I would like to wish the travel agency to think about the night sludge of buses. The issue of transport for sightseeing tours in cities during heavy rains (even if for an additional fee) was not thought out. It was very unpleasant when in Berlin the bus dropped everyone off in the pouring rain and left to settle for 9 hours. You don’t spend a lot of time in the puddles, and all the sights are not to your liking. →

The guide Vladimir is a normal man, but he messed up the Swallow's Nest and the waterfall - like go and see for yourself. The Ukrainian bus "Etalon" is not intended at all as a sightseeing bus - there is no air conditioning, the seats are narrow, the knees rest against the front seats, there are no head restraints, the back is not adjustable. Bought tickets to Bulgaria from Kyiv. Departure there was at 8.00. This is how we left, but as it turned out, we go first to Khmelnitsky, and then in Ternopil we change to another bus. With all these stops, we arrived at the border by 23.00. We passed the Ukrainian one quickly, and stopped at the Romanian one at about 12 am, collected our passports. →

We, four adults, flew from Kyiv to Mallorca on June 20th. We were warmly welcomed at the airport, plus it turned out that we had an individual transfer to a hotel in Playa de Muro, and not a bus with 52 seats, as we were promised in Kyiv, but without a guide (promised by a travel agency. Minus - the driver speaks Spanish , there is no one to tell at least briefly about Mallorca and the places we pass. →

Today we returned from the tour (27.06) and decided to leave a review about the trip. Let's dwell on the main points of the tour: on the second day of the trip (transit day) a stop at a hotel in Slovenia and a bonus bathing in thermal springs. Five plus. It's done - we went on a tour "Many-faced city of Petra-White Nights" from 23 to 28 June 2013. The mood was great. Immediately darkened after the distribution of the accompanying - Lyudmila tour program - completely different from the one that was negotiated with the tour operators.
