We turn not for the first time and not for the first year to the manager Irina - she will always help you quickly and efficiently select a tour according to your budget and mood. Be sure to call back before departure to clarify all the nuances - this time she called, although the flight fell on a holiday, the last time they flew from another city, she called to make sure everything was in order. →

Never again will I carry my money to the travel agency "Rest for all 100". In conversation, the managers are very pleasant and polite, but this is where all their pluses end. For the first time I meet a company where managers openly lie! We bought a tour for 3 people in advance, and 2 days before the tour, 3 more people wanted to join us. We called the travel agency, asked if there were still empty seats, but the travel agency manager said that the group was already fully staffed. →

Was dissatisfied with the service of charlatan agents Augustine, travel agency / Bobrykin V.V., PE). When ordering a tour to the Cesars Resort 5 * hotel, I repeatedly indicated that I want to purchase a room at the Cesars Hotel. As a result, generously received the hotel "Aneks". How then can you contact the travel agency PE Bobrykin V.V. "Augustine"?. →

My son (13 years old) and I returned from a trip yesterday. Just want to say lovers of comfort - you are not here! It is very difficult to endure the day in the bus! Even if you have such wonderful drivers as Sergey Stepanovich and Gennady. You just need to really imagine what a comfortable bus for 70 people is! And no matter how attentive and professional drivers are - to take into account the interests of so many people so that EVERYONE feels good - UNREAL! Sitting on the bus, and even more so sleeping, is uncomfortable, there is not enough space. →

Yesterday I returned from the "Discovery of Switzerland" tour with Pavel Nepokryty, the tour is simply amazing! Everything is very thought out, all the little things and nuances are taken into account, the tour is very informative and at the same time measured, there is no "racing along the verticals". Pavel very thoughtfully, interestingly and clearly gives all the information, a smart organizer, an experienced guide. →

So there was a situation with vacation that it was necessary to decide rather urgently where to go to rest. Contacted the company "Mandrui". It was nice to see not only the professionalism of the staff, but also the comfort of the office itself, located near the Teatralnaya metro station, the kindness and attentiveness with which we were already greeted at the reception. →

right! The company writes only positive reviews, the head of the group Yuri who drove a group of students from Rivne from April 25 to April 30, 2013. Behaved incorrectly rudely. In response, wait a minute for the teacher. the answer was why we were waiting for him. Back on the road did not stop at the supermarket. Although they promised to bring students to buy food on the road. →
