I went on a tour of Classic St. Petersburg with a TOUR OPERATOR (as they call themselves) Chocolate. This was the most horribly organized tour I've ever been on, and I've seen a lot! We went in a large group, more than 20 people. The application included a number of requests. Before paying for the tour, the manager Katya promised to take into account all our wishes, up to the choice of a guide and a bus, but as soon as they saw our payment, they immediately forgot about all our wishes !!!! The operators are rude and talk like they are doing me a favor. →
