Tour "European cocktail (May)". We went on tour in Europe for the first time. We travel as a family. I really liked it organization of the tour, well-thought-out route Lviv-Budapest-Vienna-Prague-Dresden-Lviv (only one night crossing Dresden-Lviv via Poland), interesting informative excursions, excellent hotels in Budapest and Prague. I went on a tour of Classic St. Petersburg with a TOUR OPERATOR (as they call themselves) Chocolate. This was the most horribly organized tour I've ever been on, and I've seen a lot! We went in a large group, more than 20 people. The application included a number of requests. Before paying for the tour, the manager Katya promised to take into account all our wishes, up to the choice of a guide and a bus, but as soon as they saw our payment, they immediately forgot about all our wishes !!!! The operators are rude and talk like they are doing me a favor. →

Golovchenko in the firm's office. In essence, the complaint: when boarding a bus in Lviv on 29 Dec. 2012 I was not on the lists, there was no passport. It turned out that the guide of the second group, Vitya, was calmly going to Kovel with my passport in his pocket. →

Never again will I carry my money to the travel agency "Rest for all 100". In conversation, the managers are very pleasant and polite, but this is where all their pluses end. For the first time I meet a company where managers openly lie! We bought a tour for 3 people in advance, and 2 days before the tour, 3 more people wanted to join us. We called the travel agency, asked if there were still empty seats, but the travel agency manager said that the group was already fully staffed. →
