I want to warn parents who send their children on August 14, 2013 to Bulgaria In Black Sea. Take care of the children. A paid ticket does not guarantee accommodation in this hotel. There may not be places. Children will live in different hotels, and their things will be collected without their knowledge. For 10 days, our children were relocated 2 times. →

I purchased a ticket for 9 nights to Bulgaria, to Sozopol from this travel agency, the tour operator is TK-WELT. Ticket prices are more expensive than in other travel agencies, the hope was that the service would be of high quality. The departure was terrible: instead of the declared bus Poltava-Sozopol with a departure at 13:00 there was a bus Odessa-Varna at 19:00. →

bought a ticket to Greece with a guy ... it all started with a visa application ... the girl could not really draw up all the documents .. she was fiddling like she was doing it for the first time. she didn’t answer my boyfriend’s questions about hotels. the most unpleasant person (anna) .2 -bus-horror! the Germans took captives in the best ... it is worth paying money for everything and the attitude changes immediately, no one cares about you . →

A tour to Spain was purchased from TUI, a hotel was booked, visas were opened. BUT, two days before departure, the tour operator reports that the hotel has rejected the reservation, and in this regard, they offer an allegedly similar hotel in the same resort. After monitoring the Internet, we came to the conclusion that the hotel was lower in the rating, but what was our surprise that on the TUI website, the tour to the proposed hotel was 350 euros cheaper. →
