My wife and I bought a groupon tour for us and the child. There are no complaints about flights and transfers. Everything is clear. But with regard to the service at the hotel, there was a disagreement between what was stated and the fact. Promised a buffet for breakfast and a menu to choose from for dinner. Nothing either. Strictly their menu. Not the most useful. →

When choosing where to go in Turkey, forget about Antalya and Kemer. Honestly, I have nothing against these particular destinations, but having been in Marmaris (those who had the opportunity to compare will understand me) you will return there again and again! Work - so work, rest, then rest! This year we visited Marmaris, lived in the 5-star Grand Yazici Club Turban hotel. →

Bus tour "Perfect Mademoiselle" from Lviv led by Taras Kendzor from 06/29/2013 to 07/06/2013 deserves the highest rating. All excursions are led by highly qualified guides. The choice of cities to watch is great: Budapest, Salzburg, Bern, Geneva, Vienna, etc. At the same time, the excursion program is built in such a way that the huge saturation of the viewed does not make the tour tedious. →

Services of the travel agency Turizm. ua for passenger transportation in Ukraine is simply disgusting. In the first days of July 2013 (10 days before the date of departure) they called the office and booked seats for five people for a trip to Alupka. They called in advance to book seats in the middle of the cabin, and, if possible, sit next to each other, and not scattered all over the minibus. →

For the first time I used the services of this large company. We visited Paris for the May holidays of 2013. We ordered 2 rooms at the hotel. For both rooms, rooms of the lower category were provided. At our requests and demands, neither the Pilot, nor their partner in Paris, the UTA company, nor the hotel Lebron didn't respond. Upon my return, my claim was considered and fed with “breakfasts” for 2 months, until they simply stopped responding. →

The tour came across to us purely by chance, it was a burning offer at a very low price. We did not hope for anything good, but when we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice owners of the hotel and we met a wonderful group of young people who made our stay even better. Thanks to the great travel agency Gallop in Europe, the trip was just wonderful, the flight went without delay, there were no problems with the settlement, the food was good, everything was just wonderful. →

I have never seen worse service!!! We went to the Crimea. They hung noodles on their ears (man) that they always do everything wisely and at the highest level ... there will be no problems. After I signed a contract for a trip just before leaving, unforeseen situations began for them !! Well, I personally managed to resolve these situations - although the problems are not mine. →
