We were twice in the Emirates, both times with Natalie Tour Ukraine. There is no limit to the indignation: at the airport, the transfer was expected for more than 4 hours (at night), all this time we were persuaded that we would go now, then they took us to the bus, as a result, we got to the hotel at half past one in the night. That's not all, for some reason the room was for two, and there were three of us. →

If the guide’s incompetence was not blamed (prote correct professionalism was demonstrated by the guide from Prague), but from the well-earned earnings on the company’s excursions, it was necessary to pay respect: moreover, the prices paid by us were in the basement (Versailles - 15 euros, and 30, the Louvre is 11 euros, and we are 14 euros), so the tickets were overdue (a boat on the Seine). →

I read reviews before departure, it became scary to go, but everything turned out to be super. I also want to stand up for Bs travel, now I am in the Crimea, I bought a tour with a coupon, it includes air travel, transfers and a hotel. The flight went perfectly, we were met in Simferopol, as promised, taken by bus to the hotel, the Camelot Hotel - just super, beautiful in the picture, we thought it was photoshop, but it really was beautiful when we arrived! we arrived in the evening, we were fed dinner: borscht, dumplings, salad, everything was delicious! As in all restaurants, the prices for a custom menu are about the same as in Moscow, but they didn’t expect anything else) Curator Vladimir is with us for the second day, answers questions, helped change the currency in the evening upon arrival, when all the exchangers were closed, offers and signs up for excursions. →

I will say more, I talked with the owner of the company herself, a certain Oksana Verbitskaya, which is completely depressing. On questions - you get inadequate answers, with shouts, insults and even threats. →
