We traveled by bus to Bulgaria from Kharkov in July 2013. Having extensive experience in bus travel in Europe, I was simply shocked by this company. The bus was old, about 20 years old, no less, all shabby, dirty. The guide Vladimir looked the same Tolochko is just as untidy. The drivers are two shaggy, untidy Bulgarians. Vladimir Tolochko, our guide, was very rude to the passengers, even got into a verbal skirmish with one of the tourists, in which he won, which he was very proud of until the end of the trip. Sanitary stops were exclusively in the forest belt, that is, he simply stopped the bus in the middle of the landing and suggested that everyone scatter through the bushes. When I asked why it was impossible to make a normal stop at a good gas station, with toilets and water, he said that "then I will collect you for an hour" .Horror, I have never met such an unorganized, uncivilized and boorish guide ... In general, we reached Bulgaria with grief in half, left Kharkov at 07.00 in the morning, and arrived at Golden Sands at 18.00 the next day. he dropped us off the bus and did not even deign to explain to us which way our hotel is located, he said that the bus was already late, and he still had to deliver the rest of the tourists.

On the way back, the bus was 3 hours late with the departure. The same "favorite" Vladimir Tolochko accompanied us back)) The company sold all the seats on the bus, they gave us seats 1 and 2, that is, IMMEDIATELY behind the drivers, it was dirty in front of the face all the way the glass that separated us from the drivers. The guide himself immediately began to shout that no one would occupy the last places (the last row, where the backs of the seats do not recline), they say, he will sleep there, which he immediately went and did))

He left us somewhere in front of Krivoy Rog, wishing him a happy journey. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief))

There was an old TV on the bus (one for the whole bus), when the guide put on the film - he turned the sound almost to the end so that he would not be interrupted to doze)) When asked to turn it up - a group of 20 children were traveling with us, they wanted cartoons - the guide said that the sound disturbs the drivers.))

In short, such a terrible trip and I will never forget)))

And the rest in Bulgaria was wonderful, but it's expensive - a nightmare.
