A tour to Spain was purchased from TUI, a hotel was booked, visas were opened. BUT, two days before departure, the tour operator reports that the hotel has rejected the reservation, and in this regard, they offer an allegedly similar hotel in the same resort. After monitoring the Internet, we came to the conclusion that the hotel was lower in the rating, but what was our surprise that on the TUI website, the tour to the proposed hotel was 350 euros cheaper. →

In late June-early July, my husband and I went to St. Petersburg with Selena Tour. From the trip there were only the most positive reviews! A very rich program, everything is thought out, no hitches. The tour was booked in advance, in February, 3 weeks before departure, it was reported that the group was not recruited, well, it happens. Only now they don’t want to return the money, or rather, they seem to be going, but they don’t say when! I do not advise you to get in touch, because, as it turned out, this is their usual practice - to collect money and not return it, there are already many victims and lawsuits in court. →

Recently went on a bus tour with friends. The first trip to Europe was a success. I was lucky both with the drivers who clearly knew the route and tried to arrive on time, and with the attendant. Andrew found an approach to virtually every tourist, joked and explained all the noteworthy nuances. The tour was bought in Sumy. Good tour operator. Everything is clearly on time: transfer, excursion. Only once saw a small incident.
