Managers are always friendly, caring and always drink tea. We came to them with an already chosen hotel, but the manager dissuaded us, explaining that that hotel did not meet the requirements that we had set and offered another option for the same money. →

The travel agency was pleasantly impressed by the services provided. Many thanks to all who organized the tour 888 Lviv-Bratislava-Vienna-Prague-Dresden. The organization is at the highest level, the visa was opened without any hassle. Rooms in hotels are booked and no one had any problems with it (In Bratislava, the hotel "Chopin" is very good, there is everything you need for a holiday; in Prague, the hotel "Emerald" is relatively worse, but if you do not find fault then one night is fine). →

I went with the firm "Sakums" for the first time and would like to go again. The points. Excellent route. In 8 days, from March 23 to March 30, we traveled more than 5 thousand km across Europe, visiting four countries (Poland, Germany, France, Hungary) and five major cities (Krakow, Dresden, Paris, Munich, Budapest). about the tour "Baltic couple: Scandinavia and the Baltics". We drove out, and it’s true, not very well: Kyiv covered with snow, impassable roads, roads blocked by trucks and abandoned cars. I had to literally wade through drifts and blockages, which, of course, could not but affect the state of the vehicle: first, one bus stopped near Chernigov (to the credit of the drivers, they managed to drag the bus to a gas station with a hotel and a toilet, and then all the time waiting they warmed the bus so that no one would freeze), and then the second one (apparently, the Motherland really did not want to let us go to Europe) could not start at the Ukrainian customs (after we were given passports and allowed to go further). →
