We were on vacation with my family in Spain and got into a stalemate with a snowfall in Kyiv (March 23, 2013). The Mau airline refused us, they refused to fly or resettle that day. The Tui took over everything, although they owe us nothing We had a great vacation for 4 days! (and some were even longer, 4-5 days, until Kyiv accepted everyone). We paid for food. →

On March 17, 2013, my future husband and I flew to a hot country called Egypt. Ira Aseeva helped us arrange the tour and the whole trip. A wonderful agent who picked up a great tour for us in a matter of days and did everything the way we wanted. We really did not want to go to a hotel where there are a lot of Russians and Ira found us an excellent Italian hotel on the 1st line, which fully met all our requirements. →

Donbas tour is not a company, but a complete scammer. They say one thing, but in reality everything is completely different. You come to the office, they explain it so nicely, they show some photos of the left, they name the price, they praise their transport so much - well, everything is just fine and beautiful. The day of the trip comes and ... Instead of a comfortable vaunted bus, some kind of junk drives up, the driver does not inspire any confidence at all, the price is already different, not at all what they called, we arrive at the place and it turns out that the tour does not correspond to the stories, the photos are also embellished. →

In 2008-2009 I went on weekend tours with this company. Only 9 trips. each of them was organized superbly, no complaints. Agent Vika Nazaratiy is just super. You will come to her, she will lay out all the information, what to take with you, how to dress (if there are features), etc. She talks excitedly, her eyes glow, it is simply impossible not to go. →
