Tour "Lykia" we really enjoyed! We express our gratitude to Premio Travel for the excellent support of the entire process of travel arrangements. We were afraid. They thought it was some kind of deception, because they won the tour. Actually, everything is great. And the company meeting us in Turkey (Thistle travel) is also great fellows. When flights to Boryspil were canceled, and we had to fly home, we were taken from the airport, settled in a 5 * hotel, fed and wished to have a good rest, until any information on flights was received from Ukraine. →

From 03/16/13 until 03/23/13 rested at the Gallery Hotel. Good hotel! Clean room, quality European breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location. A very beautiful city with a lot of really interesting places. I highly recommend visiting. But enough about the rainbow and joyful. On March 23, 2013, we arrive at Terminal 1 of Barcelona Airport. The check-in counter for the flight to Kyiv is empty, nearby is a crowd of people near the representative office of AK "UIA" and "aunty" broadcasts the latest information about the cancellation of the Barcelona-Kyiv flight. →

Received a gift from "Lux Prestige", tour "Lykia" Turkey. At first I thought it was just a scam, but I took a chance and went with a friend. But the reality has surpassed all expectations. The tour was just amazing. The hotels are excellent. The tour guide ISMAIL is just super. He took care of us like little children... The excursions are very interesting, not tiring, the nature is wonderful. →

So far the reviews are very negative. March 23 at 24.00 from Kyiv left 2 groups of children, accompanied by adults. Both buses broke down on the road. Most likely the company decided to save on the transportation of children. One group was stuck for several hours in Chernihiv due to a bus breakdown. The second is on the border with Belarus and it is still unknown when they will get out. →

We were regular customers for 8 !!! years! but the last time, having purchased a tour to Vietnam, they received neither a tour, nor money, nor an apology for the service not provided. meeting, and before that they stubbornly did not want to talk to us on the phone. The room at the agency was shown superb, but they settled in a barn. For that kind of money, the Germans rest for ten days, and we had to pay extra to live in normal conditions. I called the agent Oksana, and she did not even deign to respond to the call!!! →

The guides of this travel agency offer expensive excursions in comparison with all the others. Everyone agrees to buy from them, because. they promise that the organization of Anex Tour is a guarantee of safety, service and a solution to all problems that may arise during excursions. →

After visiting several tour companies, we chose this one. Pleasant staff, they really helped to choose a hotel, figure out what to consider, pay attention (location from the airport, services, etc.). Paid, brought passports - took away ALL documents. We bought tours to Croatia and Greece from them. I began to choose the option of a flight vacation and I know WHERE I will go for it. →

I'll start everything in order. We at the All Inclusive agency chose a vacation in the UAE. We chose between several hotels. But still we settled on the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa 5 * hotel. Our manager advised us and helped with the choice. Since we were flying with children, entertainment for children was very important to us.
