What attracted him was that the tour operator guaranteed a partial transfer by train, and even in compartment cars along the route Kyiv-Chop and Chop-Kyiv. As they say, nothing foreshadowed trouble) Nice weather and great area. We were still lucky with the owner of the cottage where we lived (as far as I know, some participants of this tour even had to look for housing to replace the one provided), we even turned a blind eye to the promised TV in each room, but this is not so important. Our next shock was a wonderful "group insurance" that issued and paid for medicines for 2000 UAH, with a total cost of the operation of at least 00 (a good example for us was a man from the same tour). →

We ordered an excursion tour through an employee of the travel agency Svetlana. Unfortunately, we stumbled upon unprofessionalism on her part: constant confusion with documents and money, absolute disinterest in helping to choose a hotel. As a result, instead of coming once to give documents and money, we went to her 3 times, once she came herself, having confused something with the timing. →

We would not recommend anyone to use this office. Worse organization we have ever seen. I'll list a couple of features: 1) Accompanying David promised to stay in places with "good warm toilets". In reality, the toilets turned out to be fetid holes in the floor, and in the beautiful Nemirov, who could go to the toilet behind a neighboring snowdrift, but who didn’t, endured it. →

This is my fifth trip. I wanted to meet the New Year 2013 in a special way, since I like to swim, I decided to combine the two in one, so the choice fell on Hungary. Known for its thermal springs. Before that, I went on tours with "Accord Tour" Lviv, so there is something to compare with. Persuaded her husband and friends (married couple). They asked from the very beginning to be together both on the bus and at the hotel. →

Sooner or later (whoever is lucky), but any company fails. Normal companies solve problems quickly and adequately, but Senturia.ua will leave you alone with the problem and none of the employees will help you, you will deal with all the consequences yourself. I took a risk and this is what happened... I took the money to the PIVDENNY bank (damn it), which is inside its own bank !! (from one current account to another) could not transfer money on time (on Friday). →

Good afternoon! On account of the tour Italian night. . . . flight 368. By the way, you can't see it at once, but there are 2 night crossings on tour !!!!!!!! night crossing is unpleasant news, and there is no Padua. We got just a terribly stupid and disgustingly unprofessional person under the name of Olga Shelest. If Olya falls out on your tour, consider that you have wasted your money !!!!! Dear Accord Tour, this person spoils your reputation !!!!! Not only is she extremely boring, not a single documentary film from your collection for didn’t stage the whole trip, a feature film about Princess Sisi, called it DOCUMENTARY And no organization!!!!. →

My husband and I have been looking for a tour operator through which we will eat for a long time. We chose the New Year's tour in advance and most travel agencies do such tours. We stopped at "sakums" because they had bought train tickets. We realized that there would be problems immediately after payment. We were offered a discount, but we were informed about the places in the gallery after payment. →

We went to Kamenetz-Podolsky for the New Year. A big THANK YOU for organizing! Special thanks to your accompanying Alexander, he paid maximum attention, solved any issues =) The tour went very positively, fed from the heart. I really liked the hotel: sauna, billiards, swimming pool, bowling, restaurant, bar, attentive staff, comfortable rooms..... and the performance of the winner of the Junior Eurovision 2012 (Anastasia Petrik) was an unforgettable gift on New Year's Eve! It is even worth going there because of the nature and excursions. →
