Our attempt to purchase a tour from the Arriva agency failed. The director (Vladimir), in response to a request to rebook the tour to another country instead of Egypt (because there, according to media reports, the political and economic situation has worsened), did not want to listen to anything, began to threaten with court and prosecution. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible attitude towards potential customers and outright blackmail. →

We have been flying with this company for more than 5 years, at least 2-4 times a year! All recommended hotels lived up to their promises! This year on The rest we went already the three of us, the child was 9 months old. There were no problems either with the flight, or with the transfer, or with accommodation) Hooray! The hotel met all our expectations, the whole holiday was wonderful! AND two months later, we again went on vacation together (the child is 11 months old! As always, everything is reliable, stable and wonderful! I can say with 100% certainty that having rested with this company once, you will not go to another!. →

Fulfilled her dream by buying the "Jewish New Year" tour from the "More" agency for 09/12/12 - 09/19/2012. I was worried because I was flying alone, but I did not want to pay extra for a single room. The agency found a place for me. It turned out to be a wonderful companion of my age. The flight was delayed a little, but the manager from the tour agency warned me that this could be, so I didn’t worry. →

I really liked the weekend tour along the route Lviv-Mezhhirya-Synevyr-Kolochava-Mukachevo-Berehove. A lot of positive impressions, I especially liked the village of Kolochava museums, climbing the cable car and, of course, an excursion to the wine cellar with tasting)). We lived in double rooms in the village of Volovets with all amenities. The program is very rich, interesting excursions, during the trip you can listen to audio clips with the history and legends of Transcarpathia. →

A tour to the United Arab Emirates turned out to be a fairy tale :), the country is so amazing and diverse that I could not even imagine. But we were going to fly to Egypt for the 4th time, but when we came to the Mandry agency, we were offered the Emirates at a price almost two times lower than Egypt, of course, we did not hesitate for a minute and immediately booked a tour to Dubai. →

Good afternoon, I tried to get a police clearance certificate through this agency, as the online form offered with the ability to order delivery to work seemed convenient. This served as the selection criterion. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be not so convenient and 100% Ukrainian. Long and lengthy searches for confirmation of payment (although the payment was made instantly through Privat and the scan of the payment was sent by mail), of course, an extremely responsible manager who is “pleasant” and “useful” in communication, giving conflicting information. →
