He didn’t make any payment, on the day of departure he spoke some nonsense about the Turks who do not give places. 00 still hasn't returned the money. Now I'm suing him, the police and the tax authorities. Such operators of travel agencies must be removed (planted) and not allowed to reach customers. →

The Young Guard is 70 years old. In October, I was on a tour of Europe with my daughter: in 8 days we saw 6 cities (of which 4 are the capitals): Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Karlovy Vary, Dresden, Krakow. Very lucky with the weather. We had been planning to go to St. Petersburg with a friend for a long time. And here’s a miracle: the stars converged and my friend and I saw the Adonis Tour announcement about the excursion. Good day to all! A week ago, my friend and I returned from the tour "Two in One: Krakow + Prague" (operator DavClub). My friend was on such a tour for the first time, and indeed abroad, so she looked at the beauties of the Czech Republic with wide eyes, and did not pay attention to the "everyday" little things. I, as a fairly experienced tourist, decided to write this review not because I want to criticize the operator company, but because, perhaps, thanks to my review, the company will be able to avoid such mistakes in the future and tourists will be able to save their nerves and strength. →

I accidentally stumbled upon negative reviews about bus tours to Bulgaria from News Travel. We ourselves went on vacation to Sunny Beach at the end of August from this company. We opted to travel by bus to save money. The fact that it takes an average of 26-28 hours is expensive, they knew from the very beginning and mentally prepared themselves. The bus was comfortable with experienced drivers and attendants. →

I read the reviews and I'm horrified! Guys, why blame the tour operator for the fact that the airline postponed the departure time? We constantly fly to rest with Pegasus. And they were always happy. Hotels, service and food and everything else corresponded to what Pegasus promised us. And flights are delayed regardless of the name of the travel agency or hotel). →
