Good afternoon! From 21.09 to 1.10 I was on a tour from Sacums "Hello Barcelona". I want to express my deep gratitude to the travel agency for organizing this tour. The tour was very rich, interesting, informative, we visited such countries as Spain, Italy, France, Hungary, Monaco, saw Slovenia. There were no night crossings, almost all hotels left the best memories. →

We purchased our honeymoon from this agency. The service is not bad. The hotel picked up a normal, although of course in the pictures it was much better. Not all the information they gave about the hotel is true, and there were direct questions from us, for example, is there where to go in the evening or what is it like when you go outside the hotel, they answered “a lot of cafes”, in fact - the railway. →

Hey! In September, we went from Algol to the "European Shake" tour and were pleasantly surprised. Special thanks to Alexander Dorosh. This is not the first time we have encountered Accord Tour, we have always been satisfied with the level of service and staff. Special thanks to the company for their help in solving some personal problems... We went on tour from 23 to 30.09 with the whole family: my husband, me and my daughter. The bus is good and the drivers are friendly. The hotels corresponded to the declared European 3 stars (although the latter was 2 *, but the breakfast turned out to be the most varied, for which it was probably "increased"). →

Just returned from the tour Gal-Cruise "To Prague for the weekend + Viden", went for the first time from 27.09 to 01.10 - a lot of impressions. An excellent budget tour and a good gift at the end - Budapest for half an hour (not included in the program at all). Before that, I read a lot of negative reviews about the company, fortunately they were not confirmed - visas were opened for everyone, an excellent 4 * hotel in Prague, everything was according to the program. →

Chord: Farewell chord... Accord and I went on bus tours around Europe several times and each time brought a lot of positive emotions both from what we saw and from the work of the company's employees: the crews and guides acted professionally. Therefore, from the tour "To the start, attention, Baltic" they expected, as always, positive emotions. The group got quite decent, as it turned out, there was not one in it who had not previously ridden with the Accord. →

We met Natalya when she was working elsewhere - we were satisfied. in February we rested in Dubai, booked through APl travel Kharkiv. excellent service, very competent, obligatory, attentive employees work. the hotel encountered a problem - the reservation was for three days, not for a week. our manager resolved the issue immediately after our first appeal and very quickly. →

In principle, I have no particular claims to the Accord-Tour company, the price of their vouchers corresponds to the quality. I didn’t like the fact that they remove reviews from tourists from their site (they could just correct the text). Therefore, I will repeat on the tour "Greek Siesta" (September 2012): 1) Many tourists were not ready for late arrivals at hotels. →
